We always endeavor to inspire a spirit of creativity and entrepreneurship in all of our youth program participants. Not only do we teach them how to seek employment, but we also encourage them to recognize opportunity and create employment for themselves and others. Our motto is "If you can not find a job, create a job!"

We have found moderate success in this area by providing services to other real estate investors who might need unskilled laborers to complete various projects. Our goal is to eventually be able to provide start up funding along with business coaching and support services to program graduates to help secure transportation and equipment for their desired enterprise; thereby improving their probability of success.
