Affordable Housing is the bedrock of any Community. Providing housing that every member of the surrounding area can afford, no matter what financial level they are currently on, is essential to successful community growth and development. This may entail housing the homeless, providing quality rental housing based upon the median income of the target neighborhood, creating economical starter homes for first time home buyers or renovating properties for seasoned homeowners or conscientious investors.

As a part of our continuing efforts to stabilize distressed communities, we seek to first provide affordable housing to the elderly, veterans, and homeless families. By helping those in transition we hope to create a foundation that others can help build upon. We always seek to encourage long-term investment. Our goal is to create Unity in the Community and put the Neighbor back into Neighborhoods.
